The performance management system of ZJ Company has played an important role in the company's business development in the past few years.It has promoted the morale and enthusiasm of employees and made the company's performance develop steadily.However,with the continuous expansion of ZJ company's scale,performance management system has increasingly exposed a lot of problems,such as the beginning of teasing between departments,the phenomenon of human relations in performance appraisal,which urgently require the company to continue to optimize the performance management system,so that the company's performance management can help the company to achieve more efficient performance.Through the analysis of the current situation of performance management of ZJ Company,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management at home and abroad and the real,original and appropriate investigation and interview data of ZJ Company,this paper finds out the factors that hinder the further development of ZJ Company,and continuously improves these factors,and perfects them through various effective tools and measures of operational performance management.The relevant implementation safeguards and conditions are emphasized.The main research idea of this paper is to dismantle and analyze the five links of performance management,diagnose and analyze the five links of performance planning,performance communication and counseling,performance appraisal,performance feedback and the application of performance results.It mainly uses questionnaire survey,literature research,interview,investigation and research methods to systematically carry out the performance management system Diagnosis.Through the changes of internal indicators of the company's operation after optimization and the improvement of employee satisfaction,we can see that the optimization project has achieved remarkable results.
