With the reform of China's state-owned enterprise institutional mechanism reform,The role of salary management in enterprise organization is becoming more and more prominent.A reasonable wage system is a fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of a business.The flow of talents with the characteristics of "two-way selection" puts forward higher requirements on the science and rationality of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises and the competitiveness of remuneration.This paper takes H hotel as the research object to discuss the status of the hotel's compensation system and its existing problems.According to these contents,the author designs a compensation system with internal incentive,external competition,and human resource cost,which is a reasonable range.The author expects the conclusion of this paper to provide theoretical and practical ideas for the management of the compensation system of the state-owned hotels in the future.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,significance,research methods and research status of scholars at home and abroad.The second part is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of H hotel compensation system.The third part discusses the macro and micro environment and combined with the present situation of the enterprise's salary management,strategic objectives and KPI assessment,so as to establish a set of more scientific,comprehensive and effective compensation system to make more incentive.The fourth part expounds the implementation process and adjustment measures of the pay system of H hotel.The fifth part is the analysis of the test run after the optimization of the salary system,and the optimization effect of the compensation system is reflected.
