Risk management is the key content of asset management of commercial banks.With the rapid development of China's real estate industry,the demand for individual housing loans has increased rapidly,and the amount of individual housing loans has been greatly increased.Individual housing loans have become one of the important business of banks.But at the same time,the continuous expansion of the scale of individual housing loans,but also to the bank's risk management work has brought new challenges,especially in the current countries continue to strengthen the context of the real estate market regulation,the bank's individual housing loan business is not There is no risk at all.Therefore,how to make full use of risk management tools to strengthen the bank personal housing loan risk management,has become the current bank must think about the problem.In this paper,the paper analyzes and analyzes the risk management of personal housing loans of DY Bank by means of literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey.This paper studies the risk management of individual personal housing loans of DY bank by using literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey.Through the research of this paper,this paper argues that the current personal bank loans of DY bank are faced with certain risks.In 2016,the amount of non-self-made real estate held by DY Bank is 12,348 million,which is mostly from individual Housing mortgage.2016 interest rate risk reached365,430 million,which also has a large part of the mortgage-related.Through the questionnaire survey,the current DY bank in credit risk management,market risk management,operational risk management,liquidity risk management,legal and policy risk management there are some problems,these problems arise from four aspects,that is,Risk management awareness is weak,lack of control system,information asymmetry and the quality of credit personnel to be improved.Therefore,DY Bank to strengthen personal housing loan risk management should focus on credit risk management,market risk management,operational risk management,liquidity risk management,legal and policy risk management five dimensions.The biggest innovation of this paper lies in the five dimensions of credit risk management,market risk management,operational risk management,liquidity risk management,legal and policy risk management,based on the theoretical framework of comprehensive risk management,combined with the actual situation of DY Bank,On the DY bank personal housing loan risk launched a comprehensive and systematic research.
