With the problems of old-age care and education of children,the responsibilities of working people to the family are becoming more and more important.Research on work and family has always focused on the conflict between work and family.With the deepening of research,the complementary benefits between work and family have gradually emerged.Therefore,the work-family balance with two dimensions of conflict and gain deserves attention.The behavior of family-supporting supervisors is consistent with people's concern for work and family.The mechanism for the work performance of employees has not been fully explored.Therefore,work-family balance is the intermediary variable and work-family atmosphere is adjusting variables to study the effects of mechanisms and interventions further enriched the theory of working families and provided a theoretical basis for organizations to better implement resource allocation.In this paper,through the combing and commenting of past domestic and foreign re lated researches,a theoretical model has been constructed,and on this basis,hypotheses have been proposed and empirical investigations have been carried out.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaires.The results showed that famil y-supporting supervisors' behaviors can significantly and positively affect the work performance of employees.It was verified that work-family balance is the mediating role of family-supporting supervisors and work performance;The work-family atmosphere positively regulates the relationship between family-supporting supervisor behavior and work-family balance,which in turn affects job performance.Finally,the conclusion obtained by this paper puts forward the relevant reform direction for the establishment of the leadership and management policy of the enterprise,and helps the implementation and popularization of the family support management behavior in the organization.
