With the increase of the pressure of global competition,the work demand of employees increases.At the same time,more and more women enter the labor market,and the traditional "male breadwinner,female breadwinner" mode has been replaced by dual-earner families.Therefore,the family demand of employees also increases day by day.The increase of multiple family responsibilities and work demands leads to more work-family conflicts among employees,which significantly reduces their work-family balance satisfaction.In this context,scholars in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior have carried out a series of studies,proposed the concept of "family supportive supervisor behaviors",and conducted empirical research around this concept.At present,domestic empirical research on family supportive supervisor behaviorsis still in its infancy,mainly focusing on its role in employee's work-family relationship.Few studies have explored the role of family-supported supervisor behavior in improving individualperformance and its mechanism.Therefore,this paper starts from the family support supervisor behavior,explores its impact on the work performance and unethical behaviors of employees in the financial industry,and discusses the mediating effect of work-family balance satisfaction on the relationship between family supportive supervisor behaviors,employee work performance and unethical behavior.Combined with the existing empirical research,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis.To explore the relationship between family supportive supervisor behaviors and the work performance and unethical behaviors of employees in the financial industry,combined with the properties of employees working in the financial industry,used satisfaction with work-family balance as a mediatorto construct the family supportive supervisor behaviors.The impact mechanism discusses how family supportive supervisor behaviors can improve employees' satisfaction with work-family balance,how to influence employees' work performance and unethical behavior,and how satisfaction with work-family balance can transfer the role of family supportive supervisor behaviors to employees' work performance and unethical behavior.In this paper,Shaoxing HX bank is the main survey object,and the mature scales at home and abroad are used for reference to compile the survey questionnaire and collect data.Through SPSS24.0statistical analysis tools,this research carries out descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,the reliability and validity testing and regression analysis,investigates the relationship between family supportive supervisor behaviors,satisfaction with work-family balance,employee work performance and unethical behavior,the mediating role of satisfaction with work-family balance between family supportive supervisor behaviors and work performance and unethical behavior was examined.The study draws the following conclusions: 1.There is a positive correlation between family supportive supervisor behaviors and employee work performance.2.There is a negative correlation between family supportive supervisor behaviors and unethical behavior of employees.3.There was a positive correlation between family-supportive supervisor behavior and satisfaction with work-family balance.4.satisfaction with work-family balance plays a mediating role between family supportive supervisor behaviors and employee work performance and unethical behavior.Based on social exchange theory and role balance theory,this paper discusses the role of family supportive supervisor behaviors and reveals the mechanism of how family supportive supervisor behaviors affects employees' work performance and unethical behavior.It provides a new perspective for the theory of family supportive supervisor behaviors.The conclusions drawn from theempirical research in this paper have certain implications for the work performance and unethical behavior of enterprise employees,provide a reference for the further study of this theory,and have certain practical guiding significance for enterprise human resource management.
