The Optimization And Innovation Of The Employee Incentive Mechanism In The Kenli Unicom TV Project

In modern project management,employee motivation as the focus and difficulty of project management,more and more project managers pay attention.Faced with the fierce competition in the online TV industry,although China Unicom vigorously implemented the reform of its system and mechanism,it has done a great deal of work in motivating China Unicom's TV projects.However,there is still a long way to go to achieve the goal of fully stimulating the marketing vitality of China Unicom.Insufficient vitality and innovationhas seriously affected the continuous,rapid and healthy development of China Unicom's television project.Therefore,the scientific and effective incentive mechanism can not only mobilize the subjective initiative of the project staff to the maximum extent,but also help to exert the sense of responsibility and mission of the staff on the project development.Therefore,only through the establishment of scientific and effective,long-term and stable incentive mechanism can we ensure that Unicom's TV project employees have an endless stream of motivation to ensure the sustained,rapid and healthy development of the project.In this paper,Kenli China Unicom TV project is researched as the object of study.Through the use of literature research methods,case analysismethodsand the diagnoses of the Kenli Unicom TV project incentive status and needs of employees survey,this paper find the short of marketing enthusiasm,low efficiency,poor innovation atmosphere.Related incentive theory,this paper optimize and innovate the incentive mechanism of project staff from the aspects of salary,training,career develoment and honor award,and strive to fully mobilize the subjective staff.Through a scientific,effective and sustainable incentive mechanism initiative,exerting the project staff's ability to achieve sustained,rapid and healthy development of the project and staff satisfaction in order to improve the management of China Unicom's TV project staff,in the meanwhile,to ensure the long-term sustainable development of China Unicom's television project.
