Abstract/Summary:
Since the outbreak of the global epidemic in 2020,residents’ income has generally declined,and insurance companies have generally seen a decrease in total premium income,a continuous decline in per capital output value,high performance pressure of employees,a large number of brain drain and low loyalty of employees,all of which are closely related to the performance appraisal system of the insurance industry.PING An Insurance ZL Business Department how to optimize the existing staff performance appraisal system,In order to make the enterprise in the future to find new development opportunities,improve the overall quality of enterprise development,is an urgent and important issue facing the current ZL business Department.Based on the human resource management theory,incentive theory and other basic theories of performance appraisal,this paper takes the staff of PING An Insurance ZL Business Department of PING An as the research object,selects 360 employees as samples,and adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative research,interview and other research methods.Fully describe the current situation of PING An Insurance ZL Business Department’s existing staff performance appraisal system from the aspects of performance appraisal target,performance appraisal index,performance appraisal cycle,performance appraisal content,performance appraisal method,performance appraisal process and application of performance appraisal results.It is analyzed that PING An Insurance ZL Business Department staff performance appraisal system based on KPI appraisal mode has some problems,such as lack of consistency in performance appraisal objectives,inflexible appraisal indicators,lack of effective comm unication in the appraisal process,and single application of appraisal results.Further analyzing the causes,OKR performance appraisal method is introduced.The employee performance appraisal system of PING An Insurance ZL Business Department is optimized from the aspects of appraisal objectives,indicators,communication and feedback mechanism and the application of appraisal results,and the safeguard measures are proposed from the organizational level and mechanism level.
