China carried out the Change from Business Tax to Value-Added Tax,on May 1,2016.As the National tax and tax electronic declaration service provider,On the basis of the original 30,000 taxpayer users,Hsoft company needed to provide services to nearly 80000 users who needed BT reforms VAT.Increasing the number of the taxpayer users,it made a severe impact on the existing service system of Hosft.How to improve service marketing,improve service quality,finding out profitable additional services as the same time,that's the focus of the future.Based on this background,this paper selects service marketing elements such as service products,service distribution,service personnel,servi ce environment and service process,and explores their impact on service quality.This paper analyzes and combs the research status of service marketing at home and abroad,puts forward the research model of this article and determines the measurement dimension of each factor.On this basis,this paper uses the mature scale to design the questionnaire,and completes the data collection by the questionnaire method.It uses the statistical software SPSS20.0 to carry on the descriptive analysis,the expectation analysis and so on,and validates the model.The payer starts from the theoretical knowledge of service quality,using the SERVQUAL,the questionnaire is used to find out the problems in the stage of service marketing,based on the service marketing 7P s elements,the solution is given to optimize the service marketing elements to improve the service quality.At the same time,combining the theory of the flower of the service,using the KANO,in the form of questionnaire to survey has not yet launched the service,user preferences,profitable future additional sex advice is given.
