The enterprise's life cycle theory thinks that the enterprise needs to experience the creation period,growth period,maturity period,and recession period in the process of development.In the mature period,the company needs to carry out business innovation and organizational structure changes to enable the company to maintain its competitiveness.With the development of the Internet's innovation culture and maker culture,some companies have undergone internal change activities and have achieved good results.The internal entrepreneurial activity within the enterprise is based on the support of the enterprise.The employees of the company play their own creative ideas,tap their own potential,and use innovation capabilities to achieve the integr ation and utilization of internal and external information knowledge,and to carry out technological innovation activities to achieve business innovation.This paper initially identifies the key influencing factors of the internal maker activity performance,and defines the concept of internal maker activity performance.Based on the preliminary identification of key influencing factors,Haier Group and 3M selected specific analysis of their personal,organizational and environmental factors,interaction fa ctors,and performance of their internal maker activities.They were identified based on performance theory,creative theory,and social cognitive theory.The key influencing factors are the innovative customer self-efficacy,organizational support,and knowledge sharing.They put forward research hypotheses and constructed a structural equation model of key influencing factors.Then,the hypothesis and the structural equation model were empirically analyzed.A total of 172 valid questionnaires were recover ed.SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 were used to test the reliability of the data,normality test,measurement model analysis,and structural model analysis.Sobel was used.The Test method analyzes the mediating effect.The empirical analysis shows that the maker innovation self-efficacy,organizational support,and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on the internal maker activity performance.Knowledge sharing is the innovation and self-efficacy of the maker innovation and organizational support and internal innovation.There is an intermediary role in the relationship between guest activity performance,and the empirical results are explained in light of the actual situation.Based on the above research,from the perspective of both the company and the individual who created the company,the internal commuter activity performance improvement strategy is proposed.The company should pay attention to the construction of the organization environment and provide multiple knowledge sharing channels and financial resources for the internal maker activity.The internal recreation workers of the company pay full attention to the cultivation of their own abilities and the improvement of their innovative capabilities,and actively engage in knowledge sharing to pro mote the transformation and innovation of knowledge.
