The issuance of the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises" marked the official opening of the reform of state-owned enterprises.State-owned enterprise reforms will change the governance model and operating model of state-owned enterprises.This paper makes a study on market-oriented performance management under the background of performance management reform in state-owned enterprises.The research object of this article is to study the influence of the middle managers of the company's state-owned enterprise Salt Group A during the franchise to the deregulation of the market.Through case analysis,this paper attempts to identify the causes and the timeliness of change resistance factors in the reform process of state-owned enterprises.Using the grounded theory method and data processing software Nvivo8 to encode the data,the substance of legality judgments and the changes responses were refined.Compared with most previous studies on the legitimacy of state-owned enterprises from the institutional path and strategic path,the innovation of this paper is to study the reform of state-owned enterprises from the path of individual evaluators and explain the relationship between the legitimacy of reform agents and the resistance of recipients' s interactive relationship.At the same time,it shows that more attention needs to be paid to attribution theory and emotional factors in the process of change,and the attribution theory of social psychology should be applied to organizational management practice.We will study the changes in the performance management of state-owned enterprises in order to provide a sound reference for the reform of state-owned enterprises.It will make more contributions to theories of emotional factors,resistance to change,and judgment of legality.
