As China's economy continues to grow,China has transformed itself from a country that has absorbed foreign investment into a major foreign investment.In particular,as the national "One Belt And One Road" strategy has been proposed,a large number of Chinese enterprises have gone out and invested heavily in emerging market countries and even developed countries.Accompanied by Chinese enterprises to go out,a lot of people assignment to the corresponding work of the country,the expatriate staff on behalf of the interests of domestic investment main body,is a key to the success of foreign investment to factors.Compared with traditional history of foreign investment in the developed countries earlier,expats have relatively mature management mechanism,expats in China is in recent years,the rise of a transaction,corresponding the expatriate staff hard to recruit,high turnover rate,a series of problems such as cultural conflict.Based on SD company as the research object,the SD company is rooted in Chinese private enterprises in Africa and South America,we combed the SD company's development course,SD expatriate employees for the talent review and post value evaluation,identified the need to build talent echelon key positions,and combined with the iceberg theory for these positions,pyramid theory,competence,quality,talent assessment,mas if demand hierarchy theory of human resource management theory combined with the practice of SD expatriate employees and future development strategy of expats of SD company talent echelon construction system solutions are put forward.Expats talent echelon construction model is put forward,and put forward concrete Suggestions on construction model of each module,also sent staff to foreign talent team construction of a series of system guarantee,the resources safeguard and the specific measures in detail.This paper studies the talent echelon of employees of SD company,and has certain reference significance for the construction of expatriate staff in other Chinese companies.
