In recent years,along with the accelerating process of urbanization and the steady development of national economy,the population of urban core area is increasing rapidly,and the pressure of urban infrastructure,especially the shortage of public transport is also increasingly prominent.It is imperative to develop urban public transport vigorously.As the main body and backbone of the public transport system,urban rail transit is attracting more attention from the central and local governments because of its large traffic volume,high speed and low environmental pollution,and has ushered in the golden period of construction.However,some cities only see the huge profits brought by rail transit construction,blindly declare the planning and construction of rail transit lines,but ignore the huge amount of capital,manpower and technical conditions needed for rail transit development.Therefore,the city rail transit construction should be in accordance with the principle of rational and restrained,and adapt to the city's natural and social conditions,reasonable according to the city's own conditions to select the appropriate scale of construction of rail transit mode,proper and scientific construction sequence,due to the development of the construction of rail transit system.So research at present,the country has opened to rail line of urban rail transit development in harmony with the urban social and economic development,thus for the urban rail transit line planning and provide theoretical reference for the revision of the net,realize modernization and sustainable development of urban rail transit is of great significance.This paper introduced the development of rail transportation,including its definition,classification,features and operation mode of construction,by the end of 2016 the status of domestic rail transit construction were summarized,and discussed on the rail transit and city development association.Next based on the “rail transit development report 2016”,with the urban statistical yearbook data of city rail transit system and urban social and economic system evaluation index system,using principal component analysis(pca)for weighting two index system and calculate the comprehensive score,and finally by using the coupling coordination degree model deviation coefficient(minimize)for empirical analysis.Thirty cities that have already established and operated rail transit cities are divided into three major categories(coordinated development,transitional development,and uncoordinated development),and nine subcategories(high-quality coordination,moderate coordination,primary coordination,and reluctant coordination).Nearly inconsistent,slightly uncoordinated,moderately uncoordinated,highly uncoordinated,and extremely uncoordinated),three types of coordinated development(traffic lag type,social economic lag type,colossal type),and detailed Each type of coordinated development city proposes guidance on rail transit construction.It is hoped that this study will promote the in-depth study of the coordination degree between urban rail transit and social economy,and provide a strong basis for the future planning and construction of urban rail transit in China,making the construction of urban rail transit in China more scientific and reasonable.
