Nowadays almost all organizations and companies are faced with complex and dynamic social environments.In order to maintain their core competitiveness,companies need more innovation.On the one hand,innovation is the core competencies of organizations and companies to respond to fierce competition in the market,increase labor costs,speed up the globalization process,and other issues.On the other hand,innovation is the survival and development of enterprises which can improve the operational efficiency of enterprises and.The source of enterprise innovation is the individual innovation of employees.The management personnel are the core and backbone of enterprise development.Their innovative behavior will provide the fundamental driving force for the development and growth of the enterprise.In this context,how companies effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of managers and inspire their innovative behavior has become a focus and hot issue for various industries.Therefore,the study of managers' innovation behavior and its antecedent variables has also become a focus of attention in the academic community.In view of the above research objectives and priorities,this study selected corporate management personnel as research objects,aiming at exploring the role of abusive supervision in the innovation behavior of enterprise managers.First,on the basis of fully analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign literature,we refer to the mature disgraceful leadership,job burnout,innovation behavior and work autonomy scale,and initially designed the survey questionnaire for this study.The reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed through a small sample questionnaire,and the scale was revised to form a formal large sample questionnaire.Secondly,SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the abusive leadership,job burnout,innovation behavior and job autonomy,regression analysis,mediate effect test of psychological availability,and adjustment effect test of work autonomy.On this basis,AMOS21.0 software is used to build a structural equation model of abusive leadership,job burnout,and innovation behavior and variables in each dimension.Finally,according to the analysis results,the hypothesis is tested and discussed,relevant management suggestions are put forward,and the deficiencies of this study are summarized.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions have been drawn: Abusive supervision has a significant negative impact on corporate management's innovation behavior;abusive supervision has a significant positive impact on job burnout and its three dimensions;job burnout and its three.The dimensions have a significant negative impact on innovation behavior.Job burnout plays a role in the mediating between abusive supervision and the innovative behavior of corporate managers;job autonomy plays a role in the adjustment between job burnout and cynicism dimensions and the sense of low accomplishment dimension and innovative behavior.This paper supplements the theoretical research on abusive leadership,job burnout,job autonomy,and innovation behaviors of corporate managers.It has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
