As one of the pillar industries in China,the development of the automobile industry is closely related to the national life.Automobile logistics is the most important auxiliary industry in the automotive industry cluster.Auto parts logistics and automobile production have the highest tightness,and automobile suspension may cause irreparable huge losses.Therefore,ensure that production is the primary goal of auto parts logistics..The primary goal.China's automobile logistics costs are higher,so that cost control is the long-term goal of the automotive logistics industry.The consumer demand for automobiles is diversified,and vehicle manufacturers have adopted mixed-line production methods,which has led to an increase in the number of logistics objects for auto parts entering the factory and increased organizational difficulty.Changes in production methods have intensified the contradiction between ensuring production supply and inventory cost control.The automobile industry and the third-party logistics industry urgently need to break through the difficulties,seek management innovation,increase the efficiency of the logistics of entering the factory,and resolve the contradiction between ensuring supply and control costs.The development of the automotive platform strategy and the automotive cluster supply chain has provided opportunities for synergy in the supply chain and has found a breakthrough in resolving this contradiction.The automotive platform strategy deepens horizontal and vertical cooperation in the automotive industry and expands the use of general-purpose components.The formation of cluster-based supply chains breaks barriers between supply chains and creates synergies for automotive supply chain collaboration based on third-party logistics.This article takes the automotive cluster supply chain as the background,and takes the third-party logistics-based automobile incoming logistics as the object,and carries out research on the cross-chain inventory coordination strategy.The main work is as follows:(1)By analyzing the status quo of cluster supply chain and automobile logistics,the key issues and research ideas of the paper are put forward.The related theory of cluster supply chain is described,the background of the proposed cluster supply chain,the definition method and development characteristics of the cluster supply chain are analyzed,and a cluster supply chain based on third party logistics is proposed.Design the idea of quantitative definition,and propose a method based on location entropy and collaboration model.The synergetic development of automobile supply chain based on third-party logistics is summarized,and it is proposed that it will enter the horizontal and vertical two-dimensional coordination stage and compare the characteristics of each stage.(2)In order to improve the stability of the supply chain with the goal of auto entry logistics system,a strategy for inbound logistics inventory coordination based on third-party auto logistics was proposed.Use system dynamics to build system dynamics models for different strategies.(3)Investigated the status quo of the automobile industry cluster in Chongqing,through qualitative analysis and quantitative definition,concluded that there is an automobile cluster supply chain based on third-party logistics in the Chongqing automobile industry,and believes that it has the conditions for cross-chain collaboration.Taking the third-party automobile logistics company C in Chongqing as the object,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for cross-chain collaborative development of the automotive cluster supply chain based on the company.Using Vensim software to simulate the emergency stock-out situation of inbound logistics,compare the production satisfaction rate,total inventory and cross-chain transfer volume under different strategies,and find the optimal inventory coordination strategy.
