With process of the economic globalization accelerating, the international divisionof labor in every industry becomes clearer, industrial cluster has become a globaleconomic phenomenon under this kind of economic situation. Of course, this kind ofphenomenon had sprung out especially after the reform and opening up, such as"Pearl River Delta", Yangtze River Delta""Zhong Guan-cun”, it not only improvedthe regional economic influence, but also greatly enhanced the competitiveness of theregional to some extent. And also, Cluster Supply Chain in this paper I will doresearch is the new type representative supply chain network which is rooted inregional industry cluster supply chain organization. However, because of the cluster supply chain started late, it is still in its infancy,Even based on industrial cluster, there exists some problems, just likes the clusterlevel is not high, organization and service system is imperfect, and cluster supplychain enterprise internal collaboration in a lower degree, the overall high inventory, this problems restricted the further development and perfection of cluster supply chainto some extent,. This article will focus on the problem that inventory collaborationbetween enterprises in industrial cluster degree is low, which leads to thephenomenon of cluster supply chain inventory is on the high side, and through theresearch, I hope this research can provide a decision-making reference forimproving the competitiveness of cluster supply chain. After summarizing this studybased on the research of the predecessors, and then combined with the reality of theco-operation relationships between cluster supply chains, I conducted in-depthresearch for the inventory of cluster supply chain collaboration,it includes thefollowing aspects:,Firstly, starting from the theory of industrial cluster, we define the concept ofcluster supply chain, and expound the characteristics of the supply chain mode; andsums up the collaboration models of cluster supply chain between supply chain.Secondly, After the introduction of the system dynamics modeling andsimulation method, I established three-level supply chain inventory control modelcomposed of “the manufacturers-wholesalers-retailers”, and also we expanded it. Forthree different inventory coordination, the coordinated strategy, we built SD modelswhich across the chain between the cluster supply chain inventory one-way, two-waycollaboration and inventory without coordination model between supply chains. Then, for three kinds of model are simulated under different strategies by using Vensimsoftware, and then made a statistics and analysis on the simulation results by usingExcel. So as to realize the overall optimal inventory supply chain system as the maintarget, and on this basis to optimize to reduce overall inventory and improve customerrequirements of the subsystems of the target rate for auxiliary, compares and analysesthe model of the simulation results under the three strategies, and we found that theimplementation of across the chain of unilateral stock replenishment strategy, thestock of the whole system are improved greatly, but for each subsystem (SC1andSC2and SC3) customer requirements to meet rate was not improved; When implementing cross chain of bilateral collaboration strategy inventory at the differentlevel, the entire supply chain inventory amount is slightly increased than unilateralstock replenishment, but for each subsystem, their respective customer satisfactionrate gets larger improved the. Finally, we just do the continuous optimization of the model based on thecomparatively better model, the cross chain of bilateral collaboration strategyinventory at the different level. After comparing the result of many strategies, wefound out the goal of overall optimal overall system and the subsystem.
