With the normalization of the public's pursuit of corporate social responsibility,the normalization of corporate social responsibility management has become a development issue that enterprises are bound to face.This necessarily requires companies not only to maximize the benefits as the only goal,it should be active commitment to social responsibility as its own pursuit of value.With frequent deeply rooted concept of corporate social responsibility and issues of current various corporate social responsibility,whether it is from the enterprise itself to employees,or from the consumer to the public,various stakeholders on corporate social responsibility has a more urgent Realistic needs and more profound rational thinking.From a logical development point of view,it is not inconsistent that enterprises pursue profit maximization for rational decision-making and enterprises fulfill social responsibilities.This point has been widely recognized.but in which way the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities will affect employee is the goal of theoretical reasoning and empirical testing in this study.This study takes the issues above as the starting point and the end result.Through combing relevant theoretical and empirical researches,it tries to explore corporate social responsibility from the following three aspects:the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational identity,and the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee performance,and the mediating effect of organizational identity between corporate social responsibility and employee performance.Next,based on the logical analysis of rational choice theory,social exchange theory and social identity theory,the theoretical hypothesis model is constructed and the research hypothesis is proposed.Then,on the basis of previous studies,the scale was selected and the questionnaire was designed.Through SPSS and HLM,empirical analysis was carried out on data from reliability validity,zero model,main effect and intermediary effect.The research results show that corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on employees' work performance and a positive influence on organizational identity.Organizational identification has an intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and employee work performance.Then from the aspects of strategic management of corporate social responsibility,social responsibility management of employees and promotion of employee participation,the company made targeted recommendations for corporate social responsibility.Finally,the limitations of the research and possible improvement directions of this study are pointed out.
