In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology,issues such as energy substitution,depletable energy consumption,environmental pollution,and sustainable economic growth and development have gradually become one of the core and focus issues of concern to human society.At the current stage,when China faces both opportunities and challenges at a critical moment,how to make economic growth develop further,and the substitution and integration of traditional energy and new energy sources is realized,the improvement of environmental quality and energy efficiency have become a hot topic in the academic community.However,the haze,greenhouse effect and environmental pollution brought about by the rapid economic development not only affect the economic growth,but also seriously affect the physical and mental health and survival of human beings.In order to realize sustainable economic development,we should focus on the development of a large number of abundant renewable energy in the natural world,such as nuclear power,wind power,biomass energy,and hydraulic power,etc.Because they have the positive externalities of the environment,are widely distributed,and are renewable,replacing non-renewable energy with renewable energy will ultimately become the main direction for energy development in the future.At the same time,it is also conducive to the coordinated development of energy,environment and economic growth.This paper first constructs an endogenous growth model that includes triple constraints of energy substitution,human capital,and the environment.It introduces simultaneously the factors of consumption and environmental quality into the utility function,and analyzes the model through the dynamic optimization theory,the optimal equilibrium analysis technology.Discussing whether there is only one complete expected dynamic equilibrium solution.The effects of environmental awareness,pollution intensity,human capital accumulation efficiency,energy substitution and other factors on the economic growth rate are analyzed.Then based on the existing research,establishing a model of economic growth under the tripleconstraints of capital,carbon-based energy,and the environment.Factors such as energy intensity,technological level,labor force and other factors are introduced simultaneously into the production function.Using dynamic optimization theory,static analysis and other methods to discuss the dynamic equilibrium stability of the economic system,and analyze the impact of various related parameters on China's economic growth.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,in the steady-state optimal economic growth path,a variety of factors affect the economic growth rate.Environmental quality is affected by environmental awareness,pollution degree index and other factors.Under certain conditions,the renewable rate of renewable energy and the efficiency of human capital accumulation have obviously contributed to the improvement of the environment and the ultimate replacement of non-renewable energy with renewable energy,as well as the enhancement in economic growth.Secondly,in the path of balanced growth,if the government raises the tax rate of carbon-based energy tax,it will restrain consumers' preference for future consumption,and the economic growth rate will also decline with the increase of tax rate.The enhancement of environmental self-purification ability is not conducive to enhance the economic growth rate,but it is beneficial to decrease the growth rate of pollution intensity.Enhancing the growth rate of technology and labor force can both suppress the increase of carbon-based energy intensity and can enhance the growth rate of the economy,and under certain constraints,the increase of them can both suppress the rise of pollution intensity and promote the improvement of the environment.Under certain conditions,improving the efficiency of environmental protection investment can be beneficial to decrease the growth rate of the pollution intensity.The main innovations of this article is: First,the substitution of renewable and non-renewable energy,human capital,and environmental pollution,etc.,are added to the economic growth model.The consumption and environmental factors are introduced simultaneously into the utility function,and makes a scientific and reasonable inference analysis of the model to be built,and discuss the impact of eachmajor parameter on the economic growth rate.Second,the energy intensity,technical level and labor force,etc.,are introduced simultaneously into the production function,and explores the dynamic equilibrium stability of the economic system,and analyzes the impact of various related parameters on China's economic growth and development.Finally,based on the relevant conclusions,the corresponding policy recommendations are given.
