Analysis Of Regional Differences Of Poverty In Rural Areas Of Wuchuan County And Its Causes

For a long time,rural poverty has been an important topic of regional sustainable development.Scholars at home and abroad have studied more deeply,involving many subjects,such as economy,politics and management,and less research on rural poverty,which is relatively late in the perspective of geography.This paper analyzes the interaction between poverty and geographical environment from the perspective of human land relationship,mastering the family situation of poor groups from the micro level,increasing the precision of the understanding of regional poverty,not only helps to enrich the theory of rural poverty,but also helps to understand the difference of the influence factors of regional poverty in a comprehensive way and formulate the essence for the relevant government departments.Providing support for the quasi poverty alleviation policy is of great significance for promoting the social and economic development of the region.There are significant differences in the degree of poverty in different regions of Wuchuan County.This paper takes the village of A and B village in A village and Hala and less township(the highest rate of poverty is 13.27%)as the research object.The present situation of poverty in the research area is analyzed by the comparative analysis method,and the cause of the A village is found.The lack of land for poverty accounted for 32% of the main body and 31% of the disease and disability,while the proportion of the poor in B village was over 50% because of the disability.The second was the ratio of 24% to the lack of labor force;the incidence of poverty in the village of A was 6.71% in 2015,and the incidence of poverty in the village of B was 13.53%.From the point of view of geography,the relationship between poverty and geographical environment is analyzed.In the natural environment,the altitude difference of A village is not more than 100 meters,and there is no land distribution over 15 degrees.The area of crop production and harvest is not more than 13% of the total cultivated land,while the altitude of B village is more than 400 meters.The land area with a slope greater than 15 degrees is about 30% of the total land area of the whole village,and the area of crop reduction and yield reduction exceeds 15% of the total cultivated land area.In terms of population,the proportion of the resident population in A village is about 70% and is on the rise.The population is more than 60% of the population,the proportion of the labor capacity and population is about 60%,the proportion of the education of junior high school and above is about 10%,while the proportion of the resident population in the village of B is about 50% and has a declining trend.The proportion of the force population is below 50%,and the proportion of the population with junior high school or above is below 8%.In agriculture,the per capita cultivated land of A village is 5.3 mu,the actual cultivated land area of the village is more than 80% of the total area.The proportion of the output value of the planting industry accounts for about 50% of the total agricultural output value and the decline trend,the net income of farmers per capita is over 1400 yuan,and the agricultural output value accounts for about 40% of the agricultural proportion and the trend of stable growth.The annual per capita net income of animal husbandry is more than 700 yuan,while the per capita cultivated land in B village is 7.2 mu,the actual cultivated land area of the village is not more than 72% of the total area,and some years are even around 50%.The proportion of the output value of the planting industry to the total agricultural output value is up to 60% and is on the rise,and the net income per capita in the peasant and people's year is only 1200 yuan left.On the right,the output value of animal husbandry accounts for only about 30% of the total agricultural output and a downward trend.The net income per capita of farmers is about 500 yuan per year.In terms of location,the A village is located in the middle of Wuchuan County,with a high road density(0.507363km/km2),3 kilometers from the county town and a strong degree of radiation from the county.By 2009 and 2013,the popularity rate of fixed and mobile phones was 63% and 69% respectively,and the popularity rate of family electroencephalogram was more than 10%.B village is located in the southwest of Wuchuan County,the road density is low(0.324049km/k m2),and the distance from the county city(75 km),fixed telephone and mobile phone popularity rate is only 45% and 60%,home computer popularization rate of 8%.As a result of the comprehensive analysis,location factor is the main reason for the high incidence of poverty in B village,far from the county town,limited by the range of the county town,and behind the traffic and communication construction,and the land slope is more than 15 degrees,and the agricultural losses caused by the disaster are large,the growth of the planting industry is limited and the output value of the planting industry is limited.The income of farmers' per capita planting and animal husbandry is low,the farmers' income increase is difficult,the number of labor and population has fallen,the outflow of the population is serious,the labor force is relatively inadequate,and the population of poor and poor labor is increasing.The low incidence of poverty in A village is closely related to the location advantage.At the same time,the village is superior to the B village in the natural environment,economy and population conditions.In addition,due to the high capacity of the land production,the farmers' willingness to develop agricultural production is relatively strong,but limited to the small number of cultivated land per person,and the population of the poor because of the lack of land is relatively large.Combined with questionnaires and data,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures.First of all,we should improve the poverty alleviation and support mechanism in order to improve household planning.Secondly,we should implement the strategy of regional coordinated development and coordinate urban and rural development.Then,implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and development,and promote the development of agricultural industrialization.Secondly,we should innovate the mechanism of social poverty alleviation and promote the relocation of poverty alleviation in other places.Finally,adhere to the concept of harmonious development with nature and vigorously develop animal husbandry and the third industry.
