Research On Developing Centralised Management System In XT State-owned Enterprises Of Capital

The centralized management mode of funds is one of the important management methods of the group enterprises.Through management system construction,and with the modern information network technology,modern communication technology,the organic combination of the Group to achieve a unified pool of funds,unified distribution,centralized management,and ultimately to achieve the Group's overall use of funds to maximize the efficiency of the purpose.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign scholars' views on the centralized management of funds,the XT State control company's business profile,the status of capital management in detail.Through the analysis of its capital management,they found problems in the existing funds management process,and felt the urgency for the company to strengthen the management of funds to improve the efficiency of the Group's overall use of funds.On the basis of analyzing the current mode of fund management,the author analyzes the feasibility and necessity of centralized management of capital control from the internal factors and external factors,and determines the model that the company should adopt centralized management of funds and therefore build the "pool of funds" model of centralized management of funds.Finally,a series of application and safeguard measures are put forward to design the system so as to achieve the centralized and rapid management and application of capital to meet the ultimate goal of comprehensive control of funds.XT State control company as a constant development and expansion of the state-owned holding enterprises,is a typical representative of the backbone of the construction of such a fund management system,with great value of reference for other group-owned enterprises with similar business background.
