In recent years,with the deepening of economic system reform in our country,the market economy development mature specification.Gradual transition from extensive to intensive economic growth way,financial intensive management mode is adopted by more and more enterprises.Money management as an important part of financial intensive management,its role in the process of enterprise management is increasingly important,money is the most basic elements of enterprises to carry out business activities,the level of capital management in largely determine the rise and fall of the enterprise.The development of various types of enterprises must rely on capital injection and scientific and reasonable scheduling is used,can say the level of money management is a modern enterprise management the key to success,especially for large state-owned enterprises.S electric power company is a large distribution network enterprise S directly under the provincial people's government,and there are 11 city-level power supply units and 12 units,90.307 billion KWH electricity in 2015.Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of state grid corporation,is S province electric power construction,transport,sales of independent legal person.Area accounted for 72% of the province's land area,population accounts for 51% of the total population in the province,has 4.21 million customers,market share of 30.08%,is one of the important subject of the province's electricity market and backbone enterprises.By the end of 2015,the company employees 23100 people,the total assets of 52.14 billion yuan.The importance of money management work for the long-term development of the electric power company S needless to say.Based on S electric power company as an example,in this paper related the theoretical basis of centralized fund management,combined with the characteristics of the economic transition period,from S electric power characteristics and current situation of centralized fund management,and points out the insufficiencies of the existing fund management mechanism,on how to implement the national grid company funds centralized management work,on the basis of unified standards,improve on existing funds centralized management mode,explore a better mode of the centralized fund management of power supply enterprise,for other powersupply enterprise funds centralized management work also to have certain reference significance.
