Under the background of increasingly fierce competition in society, the acceleration of technological change and globalization are increasing the uncertainty and complexity of the environment that enterprises are facing, exacerbating the vulnerability of supply chain operation. And disruptions have occurred from time to time, and it is more and more difficult for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Existing research believes that supply chain resilience is an effective way to solve the operational vulnerability of supply chain, which can provide support for enterprise performance. However, the effrct and path of the impact of supply chain resilience on enterprises sustainable competitive advantage is not clear, and there is no effective theoretical framework. Moreover, how the fit of supply chain resilience and environmental uncertainty affects enterprises sustainable competitive advantage is lack of in-depth exploration.Firstly, based on dynamic capabilities, the paper constructs a research framework that influences the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises.Secondly,it explores in detail the research hypotheses among three dimensions of supply chain resilience(proactive capacity, reactive capacity and supply chain design quality),operational vulnerability and sustainable competitive advantage. And it empirically tests the direct impact of supply chain resilience on enterprises sustainable competitive advantage and the mediating role of operational vulnerability. Finally, introducing the view of "fitting",the paper explores the impact of the fit between supply chain resilience and environmental uncertainty on enterprises sustainable competitive advantage.Based on the empirical analysis of 305 valid sample data, the empirical analysis is tested by SPSS and AMOS,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the three dimensions of supply chain resilience have a positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage, and there is a negative impact between supply chain resilience and operational vulnerability.Operational vulnerability has a negative impact on sustainable competitive advantage. That is to say, building dynamic capabilities of supply chain resilience can alleviate the loss caused by operational vulnerability and help to improve enterprises sustainable competitive advantage.(2)For the mediating role of operational vulnerability, the results only support the hypothesis of operational vulnerability between proactive capacity and sustainable competitive advantage, and between supply chain design quality and sustainable competitive advantage. The mediating role between reactive capacity and sustainable competitive advantage is not significant and has not been verified. This means that in the face of risk or disruption events, the efficiency of reactive capacity and the role of operational vulnerability are not balanced, and the possibility of the supply chain system returning to the original state or turning to a better state is reduced, which cannot provide favorable conditions for enterprises sustainable competitive advantage.(3)According to the findings on the impact of the fit between supply chain resilience and environmental uncertainty on sustainable competitive advantage, underfit has a stronger negative effect on sustainable competitive advantage than overfit among the misfits between environmental uncertainty and supply chain resilience;among the fits between the two,the high-high fit between environmental uncertainty and supply chain resilience has a better impact than the low-low fit on the acquisition of sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, enterprise managers should pay attention to environmental uncertainty, reduce or eliminate the misfits between supply chain resilience and environmental uncertainty.
