As the social economy and technology continues to develop into a knowledge-based economy,the rivalry between businesses is growing,and having a highly qualified talent team is the key to winning in a fierce race.Training is the enterprise to obtain talents and maintain the core competitiveness of the most direct,the most convenient,also is one of the most effective way,to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise has the very vital significance.To gain advantage in the fierce competition,a scientific and rational training system must be built.Taking the current training system of Y company as the research object,this paper firstly clarified the research background and significance of this paper,the current status of training research at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods of this paper,and elaborated relevant typical training theories.Then,the current training system process of Y company was carefully analyzed,and the main problems in the current training system of Y company,such as lack of pertinence in training demand analysis,insufficient internal lecturer and course resources,single and poor training methods and poor training effect evaluation,were found through the method of key post interview combined with the problems in the implementation of daily training,and the causes of these problems were analyzed in detail.Finally,based on the development status of Y company,the objective and principle of Y company's training system optimization were set up,and the implementation plan of Y company's training system optimization was put forward from the aspects of training demand analysis,internal lecturer and course resource development management,training implementation mode,training effect evaluation,etc.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide effective assistance to the training of Y company,and can also offer some reference for the construction and perfection of training system of the same joint venture.
