At present,qinhuangdao shouqin company is facing the production,jingtang integration and transformation development of three major tasks.There are a lot of unprecedented pressure and challenges.In order to complete them,we must do enterprise management well,and the key factor is the “PERSON”.So which one is determinant for the enterprise management,especially the quality management? The answer is the middle managers,they are the important role of enterprise management,and the backbone of the enterprise management.Taking qinhuangdao shouqin company as the research object,through literature research,qualitative analysis and other research methods,combined with the enterprise middle managers of the present situation of the selection,assessment,appointment,to the company middle managers the problems existing in the employment system carried on the thorough analysis,put forward to rebuild the system of the middle management personnel system security of the scheme and measures,in order to reach people do its use,people post match,the purpose of the enterprise core competitiveness.First,the concept of selection,evaluation and appointment and related theory,including the selection,assessment,appointment,evaluation content,based on the competency of post matching principle,etc.;And discussed based on the principle of the competency of hillock matching to build qinhuangdao shouqin company middle management personnel appointment system played an important guiding role,for in-depth analysis of qinhuangdao shouqin company's middle management personnel appointment system build laid a theoretical foundation.Secondly,in this paper the current qinhuangdao shouqin company middle management personnel employment system,on the basis of the search system,the main problems in and deeply analyze the cause of the problem,for this article pointed out the direction of the build system.Thirdly,according to the actual shouqin company and the future development goals,and connecting with the matching principle,based on the competency of hills,formulated the shouqin company's middle management personnel appointment system.Finally,in order to ensure the shouqin company middle managers system run smoothly,we have to adopt some advanced management ways,such as the appointment system,post exchange,and forced ranking etc.
