Liquor making industry is a traditional industry with strong cultural color in China.Traditional food is an important industry to reflect Chinese national characteristics and food culture,and liquor is one of the most distinctive traditional foods.In China,liquor culture has a long history,has been recorded for more than 5000 years of history.Chinese is a state of ceremonies,good at communication and etiquette.“When drinking with a bosom friend,a thousand cups will still be too little”,this sentence reflects the long-standing bond between Chinese people and wine.Therefore,liquor is still one of the essential food types in Chinese residents,and closely related to the lives of ordinary people.In recent years,the overall environment of China's liquor industry has undergone profound changes,the trend of extensive competition to monopolistic competition leads to fierce competition in liquor making industry market competition presents diversified means,and the form of competition is constantly renovated.By the end of 2015,the central economic work conference on national production and industrial development of the "supply side reform" and "cut production capacity,to the inventory,reduce business costs and improve the weak link of deleveraging," the five major reform direction.Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry with serious excess capacity,the liquor industry crisis has not yet appeared,but we can still feel the future growth potential of the market,there is an expected crisis.At present,the pattern of first-line Wines has been set,small and medium-sized wine enterprises are facing reshuffle,regional wines are in the sandwich layer of market competition.In the future,the dominant enterprises will accelerate the erosion of small and weak enterprises,and the competition among first line wines,small and medium-sized liquor enterprises and regional famous liquor will be further intensified.This article introduces the situation and development situation of the company by using strategic management theories,analysis of the company's internal and external environment,designs feasible development strategy.Firstly,summarizing the background and significance of the research and the current situation of the strategic management theories both in China and abroad;Secondly,summarizing the meaning of strategic management and analysis tools;Thirdly,analyzing the macro environment of this company by PEST analysis,analyzing the industry environment of this company by Porter's Five Forces Model,analyzing the market environment and the external environment of the enterprise;Fourthly,by knowing the basic situation of the company to analysis the company's production and management,human resources and enterprise culture;Fifthly,formulating the development strategy of the company by using SWOT analysis;Finally,summarize the implementation methods and safeguards of the detailed strategy.Companies with similar development situation can refer to the research of this article,also the article is a practice of the strategic management.
