Liquor industry as China's traditional industries have maintained steady development of the situation, but with the brand and increasing competition in the terminal, white on the industry will face unprecedented challenges. FG wine companies as of the time-honored western Sichuan region, in the home has a strong competitive edge. In the current opportunities and challenges under, FG wine in the end is the breeding ground in the corner, or to expand the national market or even the overseas market, FG wine on the road in the development of what the strategy should be taken, this is the current worth pondering FG wine company problems.This study focuses on the FG wine company in the current situation, what strategies should be adopted for analysis. Full text of the wine elaborated FG against the background of the company's industry, first of all pairs of strategic management theory of modern enterprise and sorted, reviewed the strategic management theory, background, analysis of the strategic management of research priorities; and to the strategic management of the current direction of development and trends in the summarized. These theories of knowledge and the integrated use of strategic thinking is the focus of the article.Article in the right FG wine company's internal and external environment analysis, the wine industry for the current development characteristics and trends in the use of Porter's five forces model for a comprehensive analysis of the FG wine company's external environment opportunities and threats; and through internal finance, production, marketing, and other aspects of the analysis, enterprise development within the identified strengths and weaknesses.
