With the rapid development of electronic commerce,time advantage has become the core of the enterprise competition strength.Only by responding rapidly and meeting the diversified demand of customers can the enterprises stand out from the competition.Inventory,to a great extent,affects the reaction ability and profitability of the entire supply chain,and has significant influence in cycling time and sales pace.In the way of mass production,inventory is able to buffer the conflict and contradiction between each production link,and it also guarantees continuous production.The emergence of the automatic stereo warehouse meets the need of high strength and large quantities of fast operation in the current logistics industry.Therefore,how to make use of advanced equipment to improve the working efficiency of the warehouse system,reduce logistics costs,improve customer satisfaction,has always been the focus of the enterprises.In stereo warehouse system,the transport system connects the high shelves and external material handling equipment,and affects the efficiency of the entire warehouse.According to the three research aspects of simulation of automated warehouse,queuing theory and scheduling model of shuttle cars,this article summarizes the research status of the domestic and international circular shuttle car.Firstly,the article analyzes the conventional handling system,including the compositions and advantages of stereo warehouse,the categories of the shuttle car.And it mainly analyzes 3 system layouts of the shuttle car handling system.Then through the system parameters of specific case and the queuing theory,it collocates the rational number of the shuttle car,and satisfies requirements of the system.Secondly the article analyzes problems of circular shuttle vehicle scheduling and establishes the mathematical model of the circular shuttle car scheduling.According to the priority principle of shortest path algorithm,it creates particle swarm intelligence algorithm combined with the characteristics of the scheduling problem and the shortage of algorithm.Then the queuing model is used in circular shuttle car system to deploy some shuttle cars combined with the relevant parameters.And the result of scheduling model has proved that the number of shuttle car effects the efficiency of the overall system,which verifies the feasibility of model and algorithm.Thesis results are as follows: Firstly,the article analyzes its queuing model of the circular shuttle car system in the application of distribution warehouse.And based on queuing theory and the system parameters the rational allocation of the shuttle car proves that it is a convenient and effective method for circular shuttle system capacity design.Secondly,after the analysis of the task allocation problem and vehicle routing problem,it establishes the shuttle car scheduling model based on the minimum time,and uses the particle swarm algorithm to solve the model,which verifies the feasibility of the model.Thirdly,when using the particle swarm algorithm,this article puts forward a three-dimensional particle structure to solve the parallel tasks of task allocation and route optimization.And we add the sequence table and the strategy of probability in the process of solving.That is to say,the new algorithm chooses individual extreme value point as the direction of particle evolution to increase the search of diversity,so it enhances the ability to avoid falling into local optimum,and the result verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.
