| Automated warehouse as a product of the high-speed development of technology and modern logistics,combines with automated machinery and computer control technology,which greatly enhances the operational efficiency and level of modern logistics enterprises,reduces labor costs and improvesspace utilization of warehouse.However,automated warehouse in operation there still existssignificant room for optimization.By reviewing the theoretical research related to domestic and abroad automated warehouse,analyzing present situation of research on storage and picking optimization of domestic and abroad automated warehouse,this paper proposes that the current study on storage and picking lacks of access and it has no clear method of zoning or classification on goods.Based on theoretical knowledge ofautomated warehouse,this paper analyzes its current situation of storage and picking,then points out the problems.Before creating the mathematical model of access optimization,goods are divided by categories in first,and defined them as primaryclassification.And then,goods in the primary classification will be divided into several categories,and defined them as secondary classification.The secondary classification contains a lot of certain types of goods,these goods are defined as the three-tier classification.First of all,goods in primary classificationare determined artificially to store in large area of shelves.Then goods insecondary classification are determined to store on the shelf area according to the weight of each classification and characteristics of storage frequency based on the theory of polychromatic sets.Finally,establishes a storage and picking optimization mathematical model for the purpose of improving the stability of the shelf and the access time of stacker.Solve the multi-objective optimization mathematical model with the weighted method.Select a test function which will be calculated by four intelligent algorithms,then compare their results and choose one that has a better convergence.Use matlab software to do the simulation program in accordance with particle swarm optimization,and verify the simulation results with examples.Analyze and compare the simulation result of sequential storage with PSO,we can find that the PSO has faster convergence rate and the mathematical optimization model can achieve good results.By analyzing the results in three aspects,which are shelf stability,access time,social and economic benefits,we can learn that although the model can optimize the location of goods in automated storage,the results are not satisfied.Then explore changing the weight of two goals to re-optimize the model and get a set of the most satisfying weight value.Draw a simulation diagram after optimization. |
