Research On City Distribution System Of Chengde Based On Joint Distribution

The emergence of e-commerce,net sales,supermarket chain stores and other modern means of cargo movement brought the rise of the urban logistics industry.However,the sharp rise of the logistics demand brought the city increasing competition and pressure.As early as ten years ago,the logistics were facing the plan of restructuring and revitalization.As one of the prime projects of this,city distribution was attached greater importance and more priority.The professional classes agree that the city distribution should be considered as a system to study deeply,but not seen as a logistics operation simply.The perfect city distribution system should includes scientific and concentrated distribution subject,efficient distribution methods and highly executive distribution centers.However,there isn't an efficient and optimized distribution system so far.Many serious problems about city distribution exist such as the management confusion;many enterprises are only for their respective camps;the lack of systematic and concentration of the distribution subjects;the lack of rationality of the layout of the distribution,all of which lead to the high costs and low utilization of the resources of the logistics industries.As a result,the enterprises in one hand cannot get the scale merits,in the other hand bring great pressure,traffic jams and noise pollution to the traffic and environment of Chengde city which will be hard to solve.To ease the various problems and change the status quo of urban distribution,as the fundamental starting point,the paper is based on double-win cooperation,build 3-level city joint distribution system.The studies mainly include the principles and goals of the distribution system,the organization form of the 3-level joint distribution system,the location of the joint distribution center.Calculate the indicators weight which influence the location of the distribution center through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to choose the most representative selection of optimal joint distribution center from different areas.Building the distribution system of Chengde based on the joint distribution leads to the greatly increased distribution efficiency,significantly lowered distribution costs,obvious improvement of the urban traffic congestion,environmental noise pollution and so on all sorts of problems.Through the study of this article,in order to be able to provide theoretical basis for the possible implementation of the joint distribution of Chengde city,provide scientific and reasonable suggestions for building perfect urban distribution system,improving the efficiency of the overall strength and scale of the logistics enterprises and promoting steady development of logistics industry and urban social economy of Chengde by leaps and bounds.
