The rise of e-commerce, large supermarket chain stores and other modern means ofcirculation, brought motive force for the development of city economy, but the distributionenterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition pressure. As early as in2009, citydistribution has as one of the nine project logistics industry restructuring and revitalizationplan, mentioned the priority development height. Many scholars think, city distributionshould be considered as a system to study, and should not be seen as a simple logisticsoperation.The perfect city distribution system includes distribution entities, distribution mode,distribution center and distribution route etc... At present, Shijiazhuang has not formed acomplete distribution system and there are many problems. For example, the distributionagent has a dispersed and diversified situation; the distribution enterprises are only for theirrespective camps; the level of distribution socialization is very low; the managementsystem is disordered. Because of these problems, it is difficult to achieve economies ofscale. At the same time, the low utilization ratio of distribution center, unreasonable layoutand redundant construction result in high logistics costs. There is not a reasonabledistribution route optimization, resulting in high vehicle loading rate, heavy trafficcongestion and serious noise pollution, which led to low efficiency of distribution.In order to improve the city distribution problems in, this paper will construct atwo-stage system of city joint distribution from the angle of the cooperation. The researchcontents include layout of the first-stage center and the second-stage node, as well asdistribution route selection between the two stages. Calculate weights of distribution centerlocation by AHP, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the bestone. According to concentration degree of different types of distribution goods reasonablyarrange location of city distribution note. This paper will change the selection of deliveryroute into the shortest path problem in linear programming using Management Scientistssoftware, and considering dynamic specific traffic to choice of the best route.The cities and regions which put to use the common distribution pattern have alreadyproved, this advanced mode is able to improve the contradiction between the efficiency ofdistribution, the distribution cost and city traffic congestion, environmental pollution. This study aims to provide the theory reference for joint distribution alliance, and putforward some reasonable suggestions for the third-party logistics which want to improvethe competitiveness, the Shijiazhuang logistics market realizing benign competition andcity economy rapid developing.
