The emergency and development of the Internet has changed the traditional way of tourism.Tourists' using Intelligent Tourism Technologies(ITT)to plan and enrich their itineraries,such as using travel-related websites,social media and smartphones APPs,has been pervasive and growing.Intelligent tourism Technologies are widely used by tourists as a form of expression and carrier of online tourism information.However,there are few literatures about the research on the use of Intelligent tourism Technologies and its relationship with satisfaction.Therefore,this paper has a good theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the impact of different ways of using Intelligent tourism Technologies on tourists' satisfaction.Through previous literature,we identify the main influencing factors on the use of Intelligent tourism Technologies,and then explore how these factors promote or restrain this use,thereby affecting satisfaction with the help of the Exploitation and Exploration framework.This paper takes Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianmenshan Forest Park of Zhangjiajie,a famous tourist city in Hunan Province,as the survey sites,to distribute questionnaires and get the basic data,then carry out the followinganalysis: statistical description with Excel;four attributes of Intelligent tourism Technologies(informativeness,accessibility,interactivity,personalization)are constructed as a second-order variable,the attributes of Intelligent tourism Technologies,for better verification,this attributes together with security,constitutes the main affecting the use of technology.At the same time,the satisfaction is subdivided into transaction satisfaction and tourists' experience satisfaction.Then,the model is validated by Smart PLS 3.0.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,the attributes of Intelligent tourism Technologies have a significant positive impact on exploratory and exploitative use of tourists,while security has a significant negative impact;secondly,exploratory use of Intelligent tourism Technologies has a significant positive impact on tourists' experience satisfaction;thirdly,exploitative use has a significant impact on tourists' transaction satisfaction,but has no significant impact on experience satisfaction.Fourthly,tourists' transaction satisfaction has a significant positive impact on experience satisfaction;fifthly,personalization is the lowest recognition attributes by the tourists.According to the conclusion,this paper also puts forward several suggestions for suppliers of Intelligent tourism Technologies: First,when designing websites or mobile applications,they should pay special attention to satisfying tourists' individualization;second,apart from individualization,they shouldconstantly improve the security of the technology;third,suppliers can make use of exploratory use of tourists to refine at different stages and locations,and accuracy marketing can continuously attract users' attention and increase users' stickiness.Fourth,suppliers should mainly consider trade-related indicators rather than additional content when designing trading process.
