| China has become the major supplier in the global diamond industry,rising in 1990 s.However,due to inappropriate management,diamond industry is suffering from high labor cost,high energy-consuming,low utilization of resources and other difficulties in China.In the context of economic transformation,rising cost of raw material and labor,the development of diamond tool industry is meeting bottleneck.As the market leader in diamond tools industry,W Diamond Tools Co.,LTD is also meeting the pressure from the cost rising.This thesis mainly discusses the cost management of supply chain,its application and project designing in W Diamond Tools Co.,LTD.,.We take Y product as an example to analyze the application of this program in W company,and make adjustment and evaluate benefit on the basis of feedback in application practice.Refer to the existing supply chain cost management theories and successful cases,this thesis designs systematic project for the supply chain and cost management of W Co.,LTD according to the characteristic of supply chain for diamond tools industry and the current situation of supply chain for W Diamond Tools Co.,TLD.We take the typical Y product as an example,and put into this project into actual application,then accumulate experience in practice and improve the level of cost management.Practice shows this project can identify comprehensively and lower effectively the cost of supply chain,and improve the competitiveness of the company's products in the market.As the conclusion for this thesis,the supply chain cost management model works successfully in managing the integral supply chain cost for W co.LTD.The profit as well as the developing competence for all the entities and organization in this supply chain has been improved.It is beneficial to W co.LTD and its supply chain in the future development.This thesis can be a practical experience for W co.LTD and other similar enterprises. |
