Nowadays,the financial market is developing rapidly around the world,and the development of capital market in China also has an obvious rise,more and more commercial Banks to be listed,these phenomena have drawedinvestors' attention to the commercial Banks and their market performance.Also,the government began to focus on the building of the performance evaluation system.EVA performance evaluation indicators that appeared at this time just fill up the defects on bank performance evaluation exactly.Therefore,the performance evaluation isbecoming popular among the commercial banks.In this thesis,the enterprise's management goal of maximizing shareholder value is the foundation of the research,and the EVA index evaluation is the main line,the continuous improvement of the performance evaluation system in the commercial bank and the methods that have used for the improvement are analyzed.By comparing it with the EVA evaluation system,we can point out the defects in traditional performance evaluation indicators and the advantages of EVA performance evaluation indicators.According to the current developments of bank D,the potential problems in its performance appraisal are discovered.As for the way of performance evaluation,mostly based on the balanced scorecard(BSC),and then is the key performance indicators(KPI),and the EVA,EC and RAROC indicators and other important indicators are used to examine the performance evaluation system,and setting the corresponding weights by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),taking advantage of the past performance evaluation in commercial Banks,so as to achieve complementary advantages,and finally form a set of impeccable performance evaluation system for the development of bank DThe core of this paper is how to build effective performance evaluation system for the achievement of the enterprise's management goal.After analyzing the present development of the bank D's performance evaluation system,potential problems and its reason,according to the features of bank's management and its core work,variety of effective performance evaluation indicators are increased,such as EVA.With the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),theperformance evaluation system of bank D can be rebuilt.This paper mainly using the literature research method,comparative research method,etc,set up a new performance evaluation system for bank D,and provide practical measures for it,continuing to improve its evaluation system and trying the best to realize its developmental goals.Therefore,the research on bank D based on EVA is not only practical,but also has great value.
