| With the advent of high-tech information society,the economy is becoming more and more global,and the market competition is increasingly fierce.As a result,more enterprises are seeking to imply the “Business Process Management”(BPM)instead of “Functional Division of Labor”.BPM's design,implementation and its practice are key foundations of any enterprise's operation.Whether the BPR management of an enterprise is smooth or not shall directly determine the healthy state of the enterprise development.Based on advanced BPM related theories and large numbers of references,this paper analyzes the status of WSHH Company's BPM,using questionnaire and interview survey method.And found that WSHH Company's BPM has a lot of problems,such as the process is out of date and lack of continuous improvement mechanism,the process is lack of systematic design,the process making ignores employees' opinion,the process is too complex where control points are not clear,ignoring training,the system and platforms are complex and so on.To solve these problems,this paper proposed relative solutions including fully carry out the process consolidating,setting up “PDCA” improvement mechanism,executing the process planning,building business process structure,improving employee engagement,imply "five steps" process reengineering,using multi-mode cycle training methods and comprehensive evaluation system requirements,based on the latest theory,tools and methodologies of BPM and referring to some good implementations of similar enterprises in the same industry.This could also help to improve the enterprise's internal operation efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness. |
