The economic "new normal" of the financial industry and the interest rate marketization of the financial market have been gradually deepened.In addition,the rise of Internet finance has made the commercial banks more and more impacted.The current Internet financial companies are not only satisfied with the challenge to the payment and settlement of the traditional commercial banks,but have expanded the consumer's consumption scene in many ways,and begin to contact the traditional banking and loan business of commercial banks,and gradually form their own interconnected financial ecology.In this case,the traditional commercial banks have also sought to transform.As a local bank in Liaoning Province,the J bank,in the case of the impact of the traditional business development model and the increase of operating pressure,is the first to meet the challenges of the Internet financial enterprises and make the layout of the Internet financial structure first.This paper studies the development of Internet banking business of J bank.First,based on the research results of Internet finance at home and abroad,this paper makes a simple combing of the history and current situation of Internet financial business.In the second chapter of this paper,the development of J bank's traditional banking business is briefly introduced,and the overall development of J banking Internet financial business is described in a comprehensive way.Secondly,it introduces the difficulties faced by the current J banking Internet financial business expansion,including the plight of the Internet financial infrastructure,the plight of the development of the Internet platform,the dilemma of the development of the Internet channel and the dilemma of the development of the Internet scene.The external reasons for these difficulties include: the macro level faces the lack of effective publicity and guidance of Internet finance,the regulation and the online interaction logic caused by the lack of business convenience,and the impact of fierce competition among the inter agency organizations.The influence of other competitors.The internal reasons include: the lack of strategic positioning of the Internet financial business,the existing organizational structure can not provide strong support for business expansion,the existing human resources reserve can not meet the needs of business development,and the market positioning of the Internet financial business is not clear.Finally,it puts forward the basic contents of J bank's Internet financial business expansion.The business development of Internet direct bank mainly includes expansion of fund,credit loan and joint deposit business.The business expansion of the Internet business mainly includes the introduction of life service products,and the enrichment of shopping mall products.The business expansion of Internet payment mainly includes the development of offline scan code business and the development of intelligent travel business.On this basis,from the infrastructure construction,business platform improvement,promotion channel upgrading,and the scene expansion and optimization of four levels to put forward the guarantee measures for business expansion.The end of the article is the research conclusion and research prospect.
