At present,SMEs are an important force in China's national economic and social development.SMEs accounted for more than 99% of the total number of enterprises,more than 60% of the country's GDP from small and medium enterprises.At the same time,is also an important carrier of the implementation of public entrepreneurship,innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,in the protection of employment,to ensure economic growth,science and technology innovation and social harmony and stability plays an important role,has important strategic significance to the national economy and social development.From central to local governments at all levels,tax and economic policies also support small and micro businesses.From 2016 to the first half of 2017,Shandong implemented small and micro enterprises' preferential tax policies to reduce taxes,which has reduced the total corporate tax burden by 11 billion 354 million yuan.At present,Shandong to further implement the state tax cuts down costs,reduce the enterprise stage social security contribution rate level to 18%,continue to increase efforts to regulate clean-up charges related enterprises,boost economic development entities,dividend policy is gradually released.With the development of society and economy,different companies in the same industry in the increasing competition,and this competition is essentially the competition of talents,which puts forward higher requirements to the company's human resources management,and how to set up a scientific and reasonable motivation system to motivate employees,they the vitality and potential is one of the important problems in human resources management of small and medium sized enterprises.Qingdao XX company was founded in 2015 and has 10 employees.It is a typical IT small and micro enterprise.After several years of development,the enterprise has initially established a relatively complete human resources management system,but there are still many problems,especially in the staff incentive mechanism,the problem is more prominent.The investigation and analysis of Qingdao XX company employee incentive status through,and found that the enterprise incentive mechanism on the existing salary system is not reasonable,the performance appraisal effect is not obvious,the training system is not perfect,staff promotion channel is not smooth and so many problems and shortcomings in the staff.Because the staff incentive mechanism is imperfect,causes the staff work enthusiasm not to be high,the staff can not obtain the full display,causes the enterprise to enter the standard enterprise's ranks quickly.Therefore,how to perfect and optimize the existing incentive mechanism,how to exert the maximum potential of employees and increase the competitiveness of enterprises through incentive mechanism has become an urgent problem for Qingdao XX company.According to the domestic and foreign related incentive theory,a comprehensive diagnosis and thorough analysis of deficiencies in Qingdao XX company incentive mechanism,combined with the internal situation of industries and companies,put forward from the salary,performance,training,welfare and other aspects of sound,optimizing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of Qingdao XX company,the research results can provide a reference and reference for the incentive problems of the same industry of domestic entrepreneurial companies.
