In recent years,our country is actively promoting the implementation of the government investment project agent system.However,the implementation of the government investment project system in China is still at the primary stage.Many construction agents can't complete tasks well,and their management abilities can't get into fully play because the lack of effective supervision and management on construction agents and the methods to motivate and constraint the behavior of them.This article mainly discusses the public rental housing construction management and the concrete application in Guangdong macro company,and focuses on the backgrounds and project management of public rental housing construction,the current situation,model,operation processand management problems of the management about non-operating government investment project.Firstly,this paper introduces the research backgrounds and the necessity of the Guangdong macro public rental housing construction project management and analyzes the theoretical significance and practical significance.Secondly,the current situation is that the non-operating government investment projects,the theoretical basis and characteristics of the project management.Thirdly,the theoretical is basis of the construction management.One of the advantages is that the various construction models in different regions and the existing problems,as well as reasons are discussed and explored in turn.Fourthly,we build a construction of evaluation system of management performance of this company,introducing a series of rules and indexes.Finally,it studies the current situation and mode of the Guangdong Hongmao company's public rental housing construction project management.On the optimization strategy of Guangdong Hongmao company public rental housing construction management,strengthening the qualification managementwith effectiveway to control and put records about accessing agents to market to share information are required,which can greatly improve the level of construction management.What's more,construction agents need to be actively fostered the rules and policies to strengthen and protect their rights.Finally,public rental housing agent's contract should be standardized. |
