Research On The Project Management Model Of The Public Welfare Urban Housing Demolition Based On The Construction Agent System

To continue to deepen the level of Chinese modernization and raise the urbanization rate, it is necessary to vigorously promote the process of urbanization. The process of urbanization is an ongoing urban expansion and re-building process. To modify and improve the urban functions, it's essential to remove and relocate the buildings that do not meet the needs of urban planning. Therefore, the concept of"the urban housing demolition"is put forward. In recent years, with the rapid progress of urbanization, Chinese urban housing demolition has entered a new stage, in which large-scale movements of old urban reconstruction and city expansion have been emerged all over the country, demolition scale and involvement have been enlarged. The urban housing demolition especially the public welfare urban housing demolition is a social phenomenon which is caused by the accelerated development of Chinese urbanization. The interest conflict resulting from it has become a major public management issue.The thesis based on the analysis of Construction Agent System, taking combination research methods of literature research and case study, discussed the issue of Construction Agent System management of the public welfare urban housing demolition. First of all, with researching the available literature material, explains the necessity and feasibility of the public welfare urban housing demolition implementation of Construction Agent System, analyses the risk of government departments and project management company for the public welfare urban housing demolition implementation of Construction Agent System in theory, a risk management approach is proposed as well. Then, according to practices of public welfare urban housing demolition in Shenzhen, and two application models of Construction Agent System, the research puts forward the framework design of the public welfare urban housing demolition implementation of Construction Agent System. Next using Shenzhen model of public welfare urban housing demolition as an example, the thesis analyzes the advantages and the disadvantages of the existing mode of public housing demolition in Shenzhen, boldly puts forward the trend of its direction to the Construction Agent System. Finally, a number of issues and future directions are summarized in the final sections of this paper.
