Study On The Influencing Factors About The Willingness Of Payment Grade Choice Of The Basic Endowent Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Hangzhou

Research objectives: The basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents has been operating in Hangzhou for 6 years,but the pension protection level of this policy is still low,mainly because Hangzhou residents' personal willingness for upgrading their payment grades remains weak.The long-term low payment level of residents will also directly affect the sustainable development of the basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents.Therefore,to master the current status of willingness to pay premiums for residents participating in Hangzhou,and to dig deeper into the influencing factors that affect the willingness of urban and rural residents to pay premium grades in Hangzhou,and to find solutions to these problems in order to better optimize the system and put forward feasible measures.The willingness to promote countermeasures will effectively enable the system to provide residents with pension security,and reduce the economic pressure of the pension problem to the country and residents themselves.Research contents: Firstly,this article reviews former research and reviews the government's policy documents on the basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents,defining the relevant concepts of the system,reading a large number of domestic and foreign pension insurance and research status of influencing factors,etc.In the literature,we found the insufficiencies and determined the key point of the study.Second,based on the KAP theory and the theory of planned behavior and field interviews,we put forward the research hypothesis and constructed the hypothesis model to pay the basic endowment insurance premium for urban and rural residents in Hangzhou.Factors affecting choice will be empirically analyzed and hypothesized.Finally,the differences in willingness to pay grades of urban and rural residents in different demographic variables in Hangzhou are analyzed,and the relationship between residents' willingness to pay grades and influencing factors is discussed.The improvement of the willingness to pay for grades of urban and rural residents in Hangzhou will be promoted.Research methods: 1 Using literature research methods to comb related domestic and foreign pension insurance participation influencing factors related research,in-depth study of KAP theory and plan behavior theory,to provide a theoretical basis for the study;2 use field interviews and expert consultation Provided technical support for the questionnaire design;3 Questionnaire survey of residents of three districts(Xihu,Yuhang,and Fuyang districts)and two counties(Tonglu county and Chun'an county)in Hangzhou using stratified random sampling.,Collect information on the basic features of the urban and rural residents' participation in the payment of contributions and the influencing factors of the willingness to pay the preferences of the payment;4 Analyze the data using the data entry software Epidata3.0 and the data analysis software SPSS20;5 Use informal interviews on the results of the questionnaire to verify and supplement,to provide the factual basis for the next promotion strategy;Research conclusions:(1)There is a significant difference in the selection willingness of the residents with different household registration,cultural level,income level,number of children and the number of sons.Therefore,hangzhou should accelerate the urbanization process,narrow the urban-rural gap,and strive to develop the economy and raise the income level of residents.The residents with low cultural level should pay more attention to help and popularize the knowledge of insurance policies for urban and rural residents and improve their policy awareness level.(2)through the regression analysis,ginseng protect residents capture to expend scale policy choices will be cognitive level,development prospect of policy evaluation,influence others and policy environment,and conduct comprehensive objective conditions and other factors.Among them,traditional regional culture and "herd sheep effect" have a prominent influence on the choice of residents' payment level.The grassroots government and staff should pay attention to the policy publicity from the people around them,and create a strong and healthy old-age culture atmosphere for the communities and villages through the "celebrity effect".(3)incentive policy is still inadequate,the residents of urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance system development prospect worried,capture expends enthusiasm is low,most of the ginseng protect residents capture expends time don't want to be more than 15 years,incentives should focus on optimization and improvement.
