The logistics of production line is the basic guarantee to fulfill the production job, and is also the main parts of the inner logistics. Nowadays, logistics has been regarded as"the third profit recourse", more and more enterprises spend great attention on it to face the severe market competition and to achieve the increasing profits goal. So the optimization of the logistics in production line can bring great direct or indirect profit increaseThe present paper takes the logistics of production line in Kingfa as example, analyzes the logistics characterizes and the exist problems from three main level----the management execution, and control level, and also recounts some issues which should be considered in optimizing the logistics according to these problemsThe first is to optimize the"fill program."There is great problem in the fill program in Kingfa, such as unreasonable need time, quantity measurement error in shift. Under such circumstance, this paper put forward the new fill program by combining the PULL and MRP production plan by using Lean manufacturing principles, which give enough time to the material department. At the same time, we collect the production quantity of every shift and analyze it statistically which greatly reduce the measurement error, the store beside the production line changed the delivery way which send the material to the production line and there is also no need to send back the oversupply materials.The balance move of materials solve the work hour quotas in different steps from storage to produce workshop by using the way of dividing the whole process into steps, combing the simultaneous action and deleting the repeat operation, which can get reasonable transportation periodThe second is to optimize the material store, which solves the store problem between three storages and six produce workshops. The material is stored according to the material types which never consider the cost in delivering to different workshops. On this issue, this paper sets up a model of linear programming method by using the Solver command on the tools menu to optimize the formula in the Excel and get the reasonable storage.Finally, it verified the effectiveness of the scheme by evaluating the optimization scheme and comparing the former problem and historical data.
