The Research On The Competency Standards Of Urban Rail Transit Construction Project Manager

Through the research of a large number of related documents and the management process of the successful rail transit construction project,based on the competency model summarized by the predecessors,this paper deeply discusses the important factors of good work performance of rail transit construction project manager,and through systematic combing,it obtains the general framework of rail transit construction project manager competence.Based on the interview experience of several current construction project managers,this paper analyzes the unique conditions of urban rail transit construction project,and it obtains the important factors influencing the competency of the project manager of urban rail transit construction,so as to make the competency evaluation model index more scientifically and objectively.The output of a quantifiable rail transit construction project manager evaluation criteria can be used for the selection of urban rail transit construction project manager to provide a reference.It can provide a reference for selecting the project manager of urban rail transit construction,and it points out the way forward for training the project manager of urban rail transit construction.The competency theory in the field of psychology is applied to the evaluation of urban rail transit construction project manager and extended to a specific direction.In view of the urban rail transit construction project manager competency system is a multi-level and multi-factor complex system,it contains a variety of indicators,so the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to construct the evaluation index of the system at all levels.The advantage of AHP can systematize complex problems,resolve contradictions and facilitate decision-making.In the face of contradictions and conflicts,according to the weight analysis of each index factor,sorted according to the order of importance,the appropriate scheme can be found at last.Thus,a quantifiable evaluation model of urban rail transit construction project manager competency is established.
