With the promotion of social economy,people's living standard is increasing,and the demand for heating is becoming more and more large,which leads to the continuous emergence of all kinds of heating enterprises.The marketing channel of the domestic heating market mainly includes the way of self operation and agency,etc.the mode of self marketing will be limited by the strength of the enterprise itself,and the agency mode will also cause interest conflicts between the enterprises and distributors,which will affect the stability of the channel.Many heating companies are exposed to some problems in the marketing process,such as lack of brand image,lack of flexibility in price strategy and lack of product promotion,which will affect the stable operation of enterprises.Therefore,how to better carry out marketing has become a major challenge for the heating enterprises.This research mainly analyzes the marketing strategy of A heating and heat pump company in Jianghuai region.First,it expounds the background,research plan and literature review of this research,and clarifies the theme of this paper.Secondly,the market of heating products in Jianghuai region is analyzed,including the heating demand trend and all kinds of heating products,so as to prepare conditions for the marketing strategy of A company.The trend of heating demand is mainly related to heating demand and the development of heating market in Jianghuai region.Heating products involve heating,electrothermal film,air conditioning,heating,central heating and central heating.Then the market environment of A company is analyzed,including A company's own situation,SWOT analysis and so on.Then,the marketing strategy of A company in Jianghuai region is analyzed.From the two aspects of marketing strategy and brand marketing strategy,combined with the actual situation of A company,some marketing strategies are put forward.The marketing strategy of A company involves the differentiation strategy and the cost leading strategy,and the brand marketing strategy involves the product strategy and the price strategy.Through analyzing the marketing strategy of A heating and heat pump company in Jianghuai area,it is found that A heating pump company has larger development space in Jianghuai area.It can give full play to the company's strength and take brand promotion strategy and differentiation strategy.Based on the market reality of Jianghuai region,combined with A company's own situation,this study puts forward targeted marketing strategies,so as to provide reference for A company's marketing in Jianghuai region.
