With the rapid development of China's national economy,both the city's construction and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the heat-supply enterprise in China,especially in the northern China in recent years has developed rapidly.The city heating industry enterprises of China mainly concentrated in the northeast three provinces,they have a fast development As one of the important urban infrastructure related to the living hood of the people,urban centralized heat supplying system has increasingly become an important symbol of urbanization development level.From speeding up the development of increasing the heat area to meet the demand of production and life of urban residents,to those years,due to the environmental problems is outstanding,the whole society's fascination with fog haze problems such as air pollution,CCC-I heating,give priority to heating production services of large state-owned enterprise who give a service in northeast,Onthe premise of keep existing management advantage,to improve technology,improve the production capacity to ensure that the requirements.Meanwhile,as the market is getting more competitive nowadays,in order to realize the product and service innovation,and constantly expand the market,providing customers with better and high-quality heating products and services,is facing a new challengesof CCC-I heating.This article takes CCC-I heating as the research object,analysis the problems in products,services,customers,convenience,personnel,etc.point out the problems like single profitable way,the backward way of marketing,the lack of strict cost control,and service quality,through the macro environment and micro environment analysis of current heating market,Through the SWOT model to analysis the city for heating in current market competition existing strengths,weakness,opportunities and threat.On the basis of all above,this paper combined with practical work and the literature,the marketing measures for heating the STP strategy and marketing mix strategy,through to take no difference marketing strategy,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of marketing,and put forward the marketing strategy and provides the measures for the enterprise.
