The Research On Performance Evaluation Of Government Purchase Landscaping Maintenance Sevice

The change of the main contradictory in our society require government to accelerate transforming the government functions and improving the supply capacity of public service.The government purchase service is a new supply model of landscaping maintenance service,and it has presented a strong development trend.Performance evaluation of government purchase landscaping maintenance service is an integral requirement to study the value of government purchase service.Therefore,it is a real choice to establish a scientific performance evaluation index system to improve the development of government purchase landscaping maintenance service performance evaluation.This paper is based on the research situation of government purchase landscaping maintenance service performance evaluation,analyze the existing problems and reasons.With the guidance of the new public management theory,new public service theory and governance theory,in order to improve the performance evaluation of government purchase landscaping maintenance service,this paper using the literature research method,questionnaire method,expert consultation and analytic hierarchyprocess,this paper designs a performance evaluation index system of the government purchase landscaping maintenance service.and it also conducts a case study on performance evaluation of hohhot government purchase landscaping maintenance service.At last,in order to improve the results of government purchase landscaping maintenance service performance evaluation,this paper put forward some suggestions,such as change the way to improve performance evaluation,strengthen the legal construction of performance evaluation,cultivate and develop the multiple evaluative subjects,and take multiple measures to promote the transformation of evaluation results.
