With the rapid development of Chinese general equipment manufacturing industry and the level of technology,generally with the technical barrier of screw air compressor has gradually been broken,the air compressor manufacturing enterprises of different ownership types such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like,the continuous influx of air compressor in the tide of market competition,competition is becoming increasingly hot.Due to different types of enterprises,their own conditions are also very different.How to establish and perfect a set of suitable enterprise's own quality management system with advanced quality management theory and experience,to improve the quality of management of enterprises,enhance the brand's market influence and brand value,to ensure that in the fierce competition in the market to obtain competitive advantages? It is worth studying deeply for each air compressor manufacturing enterprise.Based on the theory of quality management and the requirements of the international quality management system standard ISO9001,this paper analyzes the main problems of the quality management system of S company.The main problems include insufficient realization of leadership role,unreasonable organizational structure,inadequate quality target setting,risk in product realization process and inadequate internal audit and management review.Then,the quality management system optimization and improvement plan is pointed out,and several guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme are put forward.This paper briefly describes the course of the development of quality management and relevant theories,relevant theories including Deming's fourteen points theory,Crosby's zero defect theory,the concept of quality by Genichi Taguchi,and the theory of total quality management firstly proposed by Feigenbaum.Then the paper introduces the definition and connotation of ISO9001 international standard quality management system which is based on the modern quality management theory development.It involves understanding the environment of the organization and the requirements of the parties concerned,the role of leadership,planning,support,operation,evaluation and continuous improvement.It is followed by domestic and international quality management related to the introduction of the situation.These management theories and standards lay the foundation for the optimization research of the quality management system of S company.The optimization of the quality management system of S company mainly covers the organizational structure,organizational goal setting,product realization analysis process,internal audit,management review and leadership aspects and puts forward to construct the optimal scheme.To ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program,S company should establish a special optimization project team,and regularly evaluate the effect of the implementation of the optimization program.The indicators of the evaluation plan include the statistics of the lost time data in the aspects of operation process,the failure rate of the products and the change in the amount of after-sales claims.The improvement plan of this paper contributes to the continuous improvement of S company's quality management level,reduces production downtime,improves lean level,reduces customer service claims,improves customer satisfaction,thereby enhancing the competitive advantage in the market.This provides strong support for sales and market development.At the same time,I hope to provide reference for quality management improvement in industrial equipment manufacturing enterprises.
