With the efforts made by Zhangjiajie City in tourism promotion and promotion,Zhangjiajie tourism brands are becoming more and more familiar to overseas tourists,but some problems have also been exposed during the rapid development of the inbound tourism source market.Due to the consideration of sustainable development,the inbound tourism and inbound tourist source markets are faced with the requirements of structural optimization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the inbound tourist source markets of Zhangjiajie City.By analyzing the development history of the inbound tourism source market in Zhangjiajie City,it is concluded that the number of inbound tourism tourists tends to be stable during the inter-annual changes,and the development of the inbound tourist source market has also gradually matured.The source of tourists has become increasingly stable,but the degree of concentration is high.The poor stability of the operation is not conducive to the sustainable development of inbound tourism;the foreign tourist market is the main body of inbound tourists in Zhangjiajie City at this stage,and the source market of inbound tourism in Southeast Asia is developing rapidly.In-depth analysis also reveals that foreign tourists entering the country are mainly South Korean guests are the mainstay;the level of inbound tourism consumption needs to be further improved;the structure of inbound travel time shows that the seasonal distribution of the number of inbound tourists appears to have a busy season;April to October is the peak season for inbound tourism,especially in October.It can be said that it is the golden month of inbound tourism.With the development of inbound tourism,the peak season is becoming increasingly invisible.The distribution of tourist seasons gradually became even.Through the calculations of the degree of pro-personality model,competition model,and competitiveness model of the inbound tourist source market in Zhangjiajie City,the pattern of changes in the inbound tourism source market is deduced: the Taiwanese market and the Korean market have a high degree of pro-scape,and they are in a market competition state.In an advantageous position,Zhangjiajie City's competitiveness in these two markets is extremely strong;the Southeast Asian market and the Japanese market are at an intermediate level of Zhangjiajie City's degree of personal appetite,and are at a disadvantage in the market competition situation.Zhangjiajie City The competitiveness of the two markets is in a strong state;the degree of personal affection of the Hong Kong and Macau markets and the European and American markets is low,and they are in a disadvantageous position in the market competition state.The competitiveness of Zhangjiajie City in these two markets has been weak,and even a downward trend has emerged..On the basis of summarizing the laws of market changes,the structural optimization countermeasures for the inbound tourist source markets are described.First,the overall strategy of structural optimization is proposed: product support strategy,destination brand strategy,industry integration strategy,interconnection strategy,talent fortune strategy,management service improvement strategy,and target market positioning strategy.Then put forward specific strategies for optimizing the structure of inbound tourist source markets: giving priority to the development of Hong Kong,Macau and Taiwan markets,deepening the Korean market,developing the Southeast Asian market based on the new Matai,vigorously exploring the European and American markets,and actively expanding the Japanese market.Specific measures were taken to provide reference for the optimization of the structure of the inbound tourist source market in Zhangjiajie.
