In today's era,the trend of informationization and globalization is becoming more apparent.The knowledge economy is pushing a society with strong forces.Under the new competitive environment,enterprises are faced with more highly uncertain and uninterrupted changes.In such environment,companies must continue to increase their competitiveness and must attach great importance to the production,storage,and application of knowledge.The integrated carrier carrying knowledge is knowledge workers.Knowledge workers have different characteristics,needs,and opinions from ordinary employees.When their needs cannot be satisfied,they are likely to “change jobs” or cause negative work status,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the company.As the technical center of the manufacturing enterprise,all employees of the F testing center work with knowledge.Therefore,all of them belong to knowledge-based employees,but the center faces many human resource management problems in the current development,such as high employee turnover,staff mixes and overtime,negative completion,lack of awareness of technological innovation,low work efficiency,etc.As the backbone of the transformation and development of the testing center,knowledge workers must pay attention to it.Based on this,this paper researches and analyzes the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in F testing center,and puts forward the optimization plan.Firstly,the organization structure of the F testing center and the functions of each department were introduced.The distribution of the employees' structure was analyzed.According to the characteristics of the knowledge-based employees,the young employees of the knowledge-based employees in the F testing center were generally found to have strong curiosity,comprehensive high quality,high mobility characteristics.From the aspects of salary system,benefits,reward and punishment system,training system,career development,and corporate culture,the current incentive mechanism status of the F testing center was described.Then,quantitative analysis,questionnaires and other methods were used to analyze and conclude that there is an unreasonable compensation system for the incentives of knowledge workers in the F testing center,lack of spiritual benefits,poor pertinence of reward and punishment systems,lack of evaluation of training effectiveness,and limited access to career development for employees.Problems such as the backwardness of cultural construction.The main reasons for the above problems are that managers lack the concept of motivation of knowledge workers,the current incentive system lacks pertinence for knowledge-based employees,the lack of a virtuous cultural atmosphere for encouragement,and the lack of organic integration of the development of employees and corporations.Integrate the characteristics of knowledge workers in the F testing center,as well as the problems and causes of incentive aspects,with reference to relevant theories at home and abroad,follow the principles of demand orientation,fairness,openness,dual incentives,and clear goals to strengthen the correlation between compensation and performance,emphasize emotional care and encouragement,improve rewards and penalties,improve the training system,broaden promotion channels,and creat a cooperative and innovative cultural atmosphere,etc.We propose ways and countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in the F testing center,hoping to improve the incentive status of the F testing center.Mobilize the enthusiasm of its knowledge workers,increase their sense of belonging,and thus increase their core competitiveness.
