Study On Conflict And Governance Of Stakeholders In Ancient Town Tourism Destination

With the rapid development of ancient town-type tourism destinations,the contradictions between different interest subjects have become increasingly prominent.For example,in the case of the ancient city of Fenghuang,the receipt of tickets for the surrounding town led to the government,investors,local merchants,local residents,tourists,travel agencies,etc.The complex contradictions and conflicts of interest of the main body;no admission of tickets will also affect the enthusiasm of investors,increase the cost of government management,and tourists will be full of interest contradictions and conflicts beyond the carrying capacity of scenic spots.Such problems exist in various ancient towns in China,which seriously affect the healthy development of tourism brands and tourism markets in ancient towns and also affect the harmony,security and stability of local communities.Studying the conflicts and governance of stakeholder in ancient town tourism destinations can enrich,supplement and improve game theory,and related theories such as stakeholders can provide typical cases,and can also provide mitigation and adjustment to conflicts and conflicts among various stakeholders.The solution has a strong theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the hypothesis of rational person,this paper analyzes the government departments and investment and management enterprises,government departments and ancient town residents,government departments and ancient towns merchants,investment management enterprises and travel agencies,travel agencies and tourists,according to the direct,multiple and intense degree of the interest conflicts of the landlords and landlords of ancient towns.The interaction behavior of class conflict is modeled by static game theory,and the corresponding model structure and rules are constructed,and the solution and equilibrium analysis are carried out.The paper takes the typical ancient town tourist destination of Phoenix Town as an empirical study.The study finds that the government department and the investment management enterprise can sell the long term management agreement of the ancient town tourism,but still can realize the balance of interests through multi stage supervision;two,the government departments and the ancient townspeople promote the tourism and raise the residents' income.The benefits balance is achieved;three is the balance between the government departments and the ancient town merchants in the tax supervision,and the four is to realize the balance of interests between the investment and operation enterprises and the cooperative enterprises in the ticket discount reward.In this regard,this paper puts forward the policy of increasing government supervision and punishment,investment developers should focus on long-term interests and gradually improve the coordination mechanism,enhance the awareness of the protection of theresidents in ancient towns,improve the service quality of ancient town merchants and travel agencies and protect the rights and interests of tourists and so on,so as to make the main interests as possible as possible.The interests of the people reach a balanced state.This research has certain reference significance for the development of the same type of ancient town tourism.Constrained by research conditions and research capabilities,the static game model is mainly adopted,and only the analysis of the conflicts of some key stakeholders is performed,which has certain limitations and needs further improvement in subsequent studies.
