As the acceleration of market environment changes,the competition between enterprises gradually reflected in terms of marketing channels,strengthen the enterprise marketing channel optimization research on enhancing core competitiveness,enterprise marketing management ability plays an important role.Along with our country reform policy and implement,to speed up the development of the pharmaceutical industry and shuffle speed,make the industry more orderly and standardized,the structure of the pattern of the medical market is constantly changing,pharmaceutical marketing channel mode and process are also changed.The current our country medicine enterprise in the marketing channel of drugs,though established norms and system,but its still exist in the process of actual execution deficiency,backward because of numerous pharmaceutical enterprise marketing ideas,marketing channel members comprehensive ability is low,insufficient channels cost management consciousness,and lack of control of the terminal marketing factors led to the pharmaceutical enterprise marketing channel design is not reasonable,the marketing channel of the transregional problems seriously,fast channel cost growth,and the problem of channel terminal have been uncovered serious seriously restricted the normative development of pharmaceutical products marketing channel in China.Therefore,how to improve and optimize the pharmaceutical companies marketing channel has become a problem to be solved.This paper surrounding pharmaceutical companies marketing channel optimization strategy research as the main content,with HF pharmaceutical companies as the research object,through the PEST and SWOT tools for its medical environment has carried on the system analysis,and based on its current HF pharmaceutical company is summarized in the aspects of marketing channel are the main problems and reasons,and an analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the marketing channel.At the same time,based on the strategy of marketing channel to improve the related theory of HF pharmaceutical company marketing channel scheme optimization and design,and from innovative marketing concept,strengthen the management of marketing channel members,in order to improve the marketing channels of HF pharmaceutical company.Finally,this article also combined with HF pharmaceutical companies for the development of the status quo,from the company leadership and staff comprehensive ability training and corporate culture construction of marketing channel corresponding protection measures are put forward,in order to form the perfect marketing channel,enhance the efficiency and effect of HF pharmaceutical company marketing channel,for HF pharmaceutical company marketing channel management ability to ascend to provide support and reference.
