At present,the market competition is more and more intense,and marketing concept is constantly updated.Enterprises continuously seek various ways,methods and tools to improve their management.Customer Relationship Management(CRM)has become the focus of enterprise competition.In the promotion of Internet plus network technology and ideas,this feature is more obvious.From the perspective of network marketing,this paper selects online education company A as a case to study the problem of CRM optimization.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the status of research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the research.This paper focuses on the research of customer relationship management practice of enterprises,combined with the online education industry and On-Line Company A CRM development status,try CRM and network marketing,the use of modern Internet and big data technology,to achieve the overall coordination of enterprise resource development and customer relationship management of assets operation;Then,the basic connotation and related theories of CRM are expounded in this paper.At present,CRM's related theories include consumer behavior theory,customer life cycle theory,customer value theory,customer loyalty theory,customer interaction theory,customer experience theory and so on.The common features of these theories are centered around the customer.Thirdly,in the era of Internet marketing,this paper describes the consumption characteristics of Internet marketing era from the perspective of network marketing,and expounds the understanding of CRM under the perspective of network marketing,and the strategy of implementing CRM under the perspective of network marketing.Finally,this paper takes A online education company as a case to explain the necessity of implementing CRM under the background of network marketing.By introducing the products and services of A education company,we find the problems of A online education company CRM system,and analyze the causes of the problems.On this basis,we propose CRM optimization strategy of A online education company from the perspective of network marketing.Based on the perspective of network marketing,this paper studies the CRM optimization strategy.The research results conform to the requirements of the development of the times and have good application and promotion value.
