Along with China’s entry into the WTO, the financial industry has carried on the bold reform. The financial policy becomes increasingly keep up with the development of market and requirements. After entering the Internet economy in 21st century, online trading has become the new promotion and channels for the financial industry. How to network in China market for a targeted online marketing has become a major problem for financial securities industry. The financial securities industry should control and adapt to the network marketing ideas and characteristics of network as soon as possible to develop marketing strategy in line with the company itself.As a big securities company, HT securities early start network marketing strategy across the country. However, constrained by its own structure and business level, the effect of network marketing is not obvious. Based on the author’s own experience, this paper has carried on the systematic study and analysis of HT securities company network marketing present situation and summarized the problems. According to the deficiencies of network marketing, this paper has put forward the optimization scheme on product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy and customer relationship and make suggestions on implementation and protection methods. This paper could deliver optimization and improvement and establish a set of practical and effective network marketing system.
